    Please read our return policy below before making a payment to FBP International Ltd.

    At the time of registration, the Client undertakes to pay the instalment as per the fee schedule to the Company. This sum will be held by the company until it receives a response from the necessary Authorized Migration Agent and/or Lawyer. If the applicable Migration Agent and/or Lawyer declines the Client’s case, the Company will return the full payment. If the applicable Migration Agent and/or Lawyer agrees to take up the Client’s case, the cash will be retained by the Company for application processing.

    The service prices are just for the Company’s paperwork consultancy and collecting assistance and do not cover flying tickets to the Client’s location, police clearance certificate(s), or health examination(s). All other applicable authorities’ fees must be paid in full by the Client. Regardless of the outcome of the Client’s application, the service costs are non-refundable.

    Payment for Consultation: We normally do not give refunds for cancelled appointments due to the strong demand for consulting services. However, if you give us more than 48 hours’ notice, we will gladly refund any monies paid towards rescheduling another consultation at a convenient time and date.

    If you wish to seek a refund based on exceptional circumstances, the circumstances will be taken into consideration and a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

    Refunds will be done on original mode of payment used. Refunds will not be given if you have changed your mind. 

    Professional Service Fee: When you engage PLSDCS to act on your behalf, we provide you with a comprehensive and professional service. Our team starts working on your case straight away, providing you with ongoing advice as per your requirements through the whole process.

    Due to the amount of research work that is carried out and performed on respective cases from the time of registration, we generally do not offer refunds on professional service fees paid to PLSDCS.

    If you wish to seek a refund based on exceptional circumstances, the circumstances will be taken into consideration and a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    Refunds will not be given if you have changed your mind.

    Refund requests that have been approved will be processed as per the accounting cycle of PLSDCS and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of www.plsdcs.com
